For over 30 years, RAM Sensors has been providing custom designed industrial thermocouples for various operational applications.

Customization Options:

• Connection Heads: These are used to protect the connection between the elements and the instrument.
• Standard Extension Assemblies: A wide range of standard extension assemblies that are designed for different operational applications with various configuration options.
• Ceramic Protection Tubes: Our ceramic protection tubes are resistant to thermal shock and generate minimal preheat and are therefore ideal for applications involving molten metal.
• Metal Protection Tubes: We carry a variety of metal protection tubes for a wide range of applications, including heavy-duty construction to provide a higher level of protection.
• MgO (Magnesium Oxide Insulated) Single or Dual Elements: Our accurate MgO single or dual elements, with a spring-loaded style. Conductors protected by both the outer sheath and the compacted MgO powder.
• Beaded Type Elements: Thermocouple wire with ceramic insulators are available in heavy gauge wire offering an economical option.
